This policy explains what MarketingOS collects, where it is stored, and how we use it when you use our public pages, scan, signup, waitlist, and platform services.
Data we collect
We may collect contact details, account details, scan answers, waitlist preferences, callback requests, feedback, usage events, connected marketing-source metadata, campaign performance data, and support communications.
Why we use it
We use data to provide the service, create accounts, save progress, route scan results, process waitlist or callback requests, improve recommendations, secure the platform, and communicate about relevant access or support.
Where data is stored
MarketingOS stores operational data in managed services such as Supabase/Postgres, Google Firestore, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, and service logs. Secrets are intended to live server-side or in Secret Manager.
Who processes it
Processing may involve infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, database, storage, and AI providers that support the MarketingOS service.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the service, security, legal, and operational purposes. Export and erasure requests are handled through the GDPR process.
Security
We use server-side credentials, access controls, HTTPS, security headers, audit checks, and logging controls. No internet-facing service can be guaranteed risk-free.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data where applicable by contacting privacy@marketingos.nl.
